Marianne M. Jennings (Phoenix, AZ) served as director of the Joan and David Lincoln Center for Applied Ethics at Arizona State University, and is professor of Legal and Ethical Studies in Business at Arizona State University. Excellent Reading

I would recommend this book for everyone--from teenagers to adults. It teaches us right from wrong, and the consequences we face if we make the wrong decisions. It teaches us that it really does "pay off" in the end if you DO make the right decisions.
I encourage anyone who is in business for themselves, or working for Fortune 500 companies to read this book. There are many great lessons to be learned!

I absolutely love the new book on ethics by Marianne M. Jennings. She uses a parody to follow four students through their life from high school to middle age. One student, Edgar, has a big rabbit as his conscience. The rabbit appears whenever Edgar faces an ethical dilemma. Edgar repeatedly struggles through life as he sees his three friends achieve major financial gains by being unethical. Ms. Jennings does a wonderful job of illustrating the long-term benefits of running one's personal and business decisions through an ethical filter prior to action. This book should be mandatory reading for all college students.

About the Author
E. R. Braithwaite was born in British Guiana (now Guyana) in 1912. Educated at the City College of New York and the University of Cambridge, he served in the Royal Air Force during World War II. Braithwaite spent 1950 to 1960 in London, first as a schoolteacher and then as a welfare worker—experiences he describes in To Sir, With Love and Paid Servant, respectively. In 1966 he was appointed Guyana’s ambassador and permanent representative to the United Nations. He has also held positions at the World Veterans Federation and UNESCO, was a professor of English at New York University’s Institute for Afro-American Affairs, and taught creative writing at Howard University. The author of five nonfiction books and two novels, he currently lives in Washington, DC. �

Finally! A real TSO guitar tab book!!!!! I have been a fan for over 15 years now and have seen TSO live 9 times. This guitar tab book is amazing! It features all of TSO's hits and then some! It spans most of TSO's albums up until Night Castle. Christmas Canon Rock, Christmas Eve Sarajevo, Requiem the Fifth, Wizards in Winter, A Mad Russians Christmas, First Snow, The Mountain and more! Features multiple tracks tabbed out for each song such as rhythms, solos, fills. I have played through the book and it seems dead accurate. Playing along with the cd is so much fun! Heads up TSO fans, Hal Leonard is also publishing a TSO book for their Guitar Play Along series. Not sure on the date of release yet but you can search for it on Amazon through the sort by Publication feature. That one will include a cd to play along with on selected TSO tracks. Anyway this book is a must have for any TSO fan who who is a guitarists and wants to learn some of their best songs.

The complex concepts of Honour and Loyalty

This is the first graphic novel set in the amazing Legend of the five rings world. I really hope this is the first of many to come, because Shawn Carman really knows how to weave an interesting tale.

In this story we follow the events and deeds of an honorable magistrate seppun Tashime, and how he got involved in a terrible fight against a mighty Oni. Interesting that the author managed to introduce all the major clans and the relations between them. Politics, sorcery, sacrifice and bravery abound in this tale that shows us that one can be profoundly disonhorable and even so, being loyal to its clan!

The master teaching his pupil is a clich�...granted. But here it works in perfection. The changes in pacing, from the third view to the personal, enhances the story. The art is also quite good, especially the inking but also the illustration.

Although any L5R fan should have this book, those who are introducing themselves in the RPG or the card game will be the ones who will get more from this graphic novel.

Death at Koten brings honor to L5R. It has an interesting storyline and beautiful artwork on high quality paper. I have been hoping that AEG would produce something like this for years. It brings to life the setting of Rokugan, and manages to capture many of the little details of the game (both the CCG, and the RPG). I highly recommend this for any fan of the game.

I loved reading this book. The experiences of these people was eye opening. I loved the history that they shared. The best part of each testimony was that their lives were changed when they received Christ. There was new life in their life. A great read.
