A must have for any apologist

I engage in quite a few online theological debates and keep a copy of this in the book cover of my Bible (Yes Catholics not only own Bibles we read them as well)
This is an invaluable reference.
There are over 100 verse citations defending Catholic dogma and doctrines and showing how each of them is entirley scriptural.
Items that it covers are The Eucharist, Petrine primacy, all seven of the Sacraments, Marian doctrines and even Priestly celibacy.

While it does not cover any of these exhaustively it is not intended to do so. It is meant to be used as a handy reference and it packs quite a bit of informationon to both sides of an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of laminated paper.
The type face is a bit small, but that just means that more information is available.

One thing I did that worked out well for me was to higlight the first verse in my Bible then then list the other verses in the columns and highlight them so that they were all chained together for quick reference

Must-have

Never struggle in using the Bible to explain the Catholic faith. Many forget the historical fact that the canon of Scripture was decided by Catholic Bishop's conference and stamped with approval by the Pope. Acceptance of the Bible as Divinely inspired is implicit agreement that the Catholic Bishops and Pope were inspired as well.

Defending the Christian faith made easy!

This "Bible Cheat Sheet" will help any Christian understand the truths of the Catholic faith! The font is incredibly small, probably 7 or 8 point. They however are jamming so much information on this two-sided 8x10 piece of paper it can be forgiven.

I was disappointed seeing the "NO REPRODUCTION" warning. This is exactly the document you would assume Jim Burnham and his organization would want reproduced (and handed out). Also, I don't believe this is an original list. These scripture "cheat sheets" have been available all over the internet for years. They are also very similar to what I've seen previous written by Jimmy Akin (in his Salvation Controversy book) and John Salza on his "Scripture Catholic" website.

One last note, unless you have an unusually large bible, it won't fit, so you will have to take the time to transfer the information to your bible (which should provide you a nice bible study)!

About the Author
Donald Thomas is Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, where he has taught courses Logic Design and Verification, and Embedded Systems. His former book, The Verilog Hardware Description Language, was co-authored with Verilog inventor Phil Moorby and was widely used in industry and universities. His research topics include high-level synthesis, register-transfer level simulation and languages, hardware-software co-design, integrated circuit lifetime reliability, and hardware-based machine leaning.

An OK reference, but only because there isn't much else out there.

It's a okay introductory book that has at least a few flaws:

1. Chapter questions do not have easily-attainable solutions, at least from what I can read. This arguably makes it much more of classroom textbook, rather than a designer's reference. If anyone knows where I can find them, let me know and I'll modify my review. Other than that, assume you'll need a teachers' guide for the solutions.

2. Very little mention of code safety, and promotion of using casex, which many design shops would agree should never be used in hardware due to risk of masking X's. I wouldn't want the engineers on my team to be using this as their primary reference.

3. Generally has a difficult-to-follow flow through the book. As someone who is very well versed in the concepts that are being discussed, I found myself having to re-read several sections just to extract the point that the author is trying to make.

Fortunately for this book, there's not a lot of competition out there for SystemVerilog references. But as soon as some better ones are published, this one should fall to the bottom of the ranking.

Strongly Recommended!

This is an excellent, up-to-date book. There are plenty of clear, tutorial-style explanations, with equal emphasis on logic design, verification, and the SystemVerilog language. It's the best book I've found so far on these subjects. I'm guessing that Prof. Thomas certainly could have published this book with one of the major scientific publishers, but that he chose to publish using CreateSpace so that the price could be kept reasonable. In any case, the book is physically fine.

A Wonderful Story

President's Murder book is a wonderful story about people that have the political power. The book describes the characters such as, Alex Dino is great man, he is smart and clever, so he understands the situation and he assumes with coldness. He keeps the police in suspense. He knows that he will die soon, but he didn't have alternative because the chief of police knows and it is seems the chief of the military knows. The people in the towns don't like the policeman and military, so they help Alex Dino. It seems to the people in the town that Dino wasn't the president's murder. Eva Hine is the chief policeman. She is strong, hard and evil, so she is very cool and dangerous. She received the order from New President. Felix is police officer, he is a good man and an excellent worker, but he received the order from Eva Hine his Chief policeman he didn't want do it, but he is the only police officer, he only accomplished an order. Martha is an old woman; she represents feelings of the town and she is very nice and a good woman. She helps Alex Dino.

I think that the author was inspired by the event of John F. Kennedy is murder. I think that the president's murder story was always an actual story, because no people were ever satisfied with a president, so he always has enemies, but also many people are his friends. The author had the vision of seeing the past, present and future of politics. The story of President's murder teaches me how different people act, so the political power is most powerful, the policeman and military are second most powerful and civil people the third most powerful.

The President's Murderer story is like a people of different ages that are interested in politics and mysteries.

The President's Murderer

This story talks about a convict who escaped from prison and everybody thought he killed the old president. The new president ordered the Chief of Police to kill the president’s murderer. So the Inspector was in charge of this case with his partner Adam to arrest the convict who was President’s murderer. The convict kept running and running.

At first, I liked this story, because it made me keep reading down and I didn’t feel bored. But I don’t like the end of story much. It’s not fair for the convict and it seems that the story is not really finished. If I were author, I would like to change the end of story. I hope the story has good ending.

From this story, I learn something. People can’t just see everything on one side or only on the surface. We have to watch inside and find out the real answer. Maybe the bad man is not really bad.

The President's Murderer by Jennifer Basset, is a book of action from the start to the end. Jennifer as a official writer for Oxford, spares no danger and adventure in this plot it a book directed to people who are learning English as a second language, ideal for beginners because it has a great story with few words. Dinon Alex, the main character is accused of murdering the old president, a crime he did not commit. Then begins an endless trail of life and death, encountering many obstacles that must be faced to get out alive.

About the Author

Michael D. Lyman is Professor of Criminal Justice at Columbia College of Missouri, located in Columbia, MO. In addition to being a teaching faculty member, he serves as the program Coordinator for the Master of Science of Criminal Justice Program and the founder of the college’s Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science Program. Before entering the field of college teaching, he was employed as a criminal investigator for state police organizations in Kansas and Oklahoma and has taught literally thousands of law enforcement officers in the proper police techniques and methods of professional criminal investigation. Dr. Lyman has authored numerous textbooks in criminal justice dealing with the areas of criminal investigation, policing, organized crime, drug enforcement, and drug trafficking. He received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Wichita State University and his Ph.D. from the University of Missouri–Columbia. He has been called upon on an estimated 300 occasions by law enforcement and the legal communities to review criminal investigations and render the results of his evaluations and his opinions in federal court proceedings nationwide.

I am nearly done reading the book. There are so many typos and duplicated paragraphs! It is like they released a draft and forgot about creating a final edit. For the money it costs to get this book, I expect the editor/author to at least try.
