The book however was in good condition as promised

I did not realize that this was not the most current book, so some of the guidelines have changed. That was my mistake as it clearly states this is not the most current edition. The book however was in good condition as promised.

Good deal, fast shipping!!

Awesome! Came exactly as described in full plastic wrap and undamaged. This is the exact American Heart Association PALS manual needed for the class. The best part is I ordered this on January 9th and the shipping estimate date was January 17th but I actually got the book on January 10th. That's fast!! Now if your trying to teach yourself PALS then this book is not the most user friendly but it contains the information needed and is required for the class and certification. I did better organizing the information myself.

Mandatory book, but leaves much to be desired

This could definitely be clearer/more to the point (perhaps more charts, quick references all together in front or back), with more detailed information kept to separate chapters. I have had ACLS for over 20 years, so I get the concepts, but would have liked a more succinct delivery of key differences to adult care. The index at the back is pretty worthless for finding quick, relevant info.
